Jozef Aerts, the person behind XML4Pharma, has gained a lot of experience during the last year in the area of BioInformatics.
As a coworker at a well known Swiss university, he developed a good amount of software in the field of structural biology and homology modeling.
This included web-enabling, web-services-enabling and transformation to object-oriented modular software of C-written software,
developing many Perl scripts for automating regularly repeating tasks, and for web-enabling (CGI-scripts) older software.
Also PHP in combination with XML data was used for "on-the-fly" visualization of dynamic data which are generated in the form of XML.
Together with our very good knowledge of Java, XML, and web services, we are thus able to develop high quality software in the area of BioInformatics for pharma companies and other research institutes, based on a freelance contract agreement.
